This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging if possible.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage not caused during shipping, or are returned after 30 days are not eligible for return.

2. Return Method

All returns must be completed by mail. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Ueeyome is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or design, we are happy to assist. Please contact our support team to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to item availability and must meet the same return conditions.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • Refund processing time: within 5 business days after approval.

Please note, depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for eligible returned items, minus any return shipping fees if applicable.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Provide the following details to speed up resolution:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Brief description of the issue

We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange depending on your preference.

8. Non-Returnable Items

At this time, all of our standard Wooden Wall Art products are eligible for return under this policy. We do not currently offer any customized or final-sale items. If this changes, those products will be marked on the product page and during checkout.
